Player Agreement

This Player Agreement applies to anyone who opens or uses an Enoch Casino account. It starts at sign-up and applies every time you log in, deposit or play.

1. Agreeing to play

By registering or playing, you accept the terms of this Player Agreement.

This agreement applies together with our Bonus Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookies and Tracking page, Safer Play, Identity Checks and Underage Gambling Policy. If any part doesn't work for you, please don't use an account with us.

2. CAD deposits and withdrawals

All balances, deposits and payouts are in Canadian dollars (CAD), and we charge no fees on either.

  • Deposit with Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, MuchBetter, Neosurf, Bank Wire / Transfer or Neteller.
  • Withdraw with Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Apple Pay, MuchBetter or Bank Wire / Transfer.
  • Minimum deposit: C$10. Minimum withdrawal: C$20.
  • Maximum withdrawal: C$30 000 per month.
  • After you request a cashout, most payment methods get the funds to you within 1 to 4 hours. Bank wires may take up to 12 hours.
  • All payment methods must be registered in your name as the account holder.
  • Before you deposit, we run KYC and geolocation checks.

3. Prohibited conduct

Play honestly, play for yourself, and play by the rules.

  • No bots, scripts or software that gives an unfair edge.
  • No teaming up with other players to beat a game.
  • No stolen or borrowed payment methods, and no money laundering.
  • No false details, and no second accounts.
  • No abusive messages to our team.

If we find any of this, we can void the bets involved, hold winnings while we look into it and shut the account.

4. Intellectual property

The Enoch Casino name, logo, site design and written content belong to us or our licensors.

Games belong to their providers. Please do not copy, reuse or sell any of this material without our written permission.

5. Bonuses

Every promotion follows our separate Bonus Terms.

6. Who can join

To play, you need to be at least 19 and in Canada.

Players can join only from areas where local rules permit play. We stick to Canadian requirements on age verification, ID verification and anti-money laundering. To see how we keep minors from playing, read our Underage Gambling Policy.

7. Rules of play, RNG and live games

The rules shown inside a game are the rules that apply to your play in it.

In RNG games, a random number generator decides the results. Live games stream real dealers on video, and the outcome recorded by the studio is final. If there is a malfunction, all plays and payouts in the affected rounds are void, and we return the stakes for those rounds.

8. Changes to this agreement

When we change this agreement, we post the new version here with its date.

For major changes, we'll let you know by email or with a notice when you next sign in. Playing on after a change means you accept it. Not happy with a change? Stop playing and cash out your balance.

9. Governing law

Canadian law applies to this agreement.

Local laws where you live also apply where they are relevant, and disputes go to the courts in Canada.

10. One account per person

Each player gets one account, opened with true details.

Use accurate details at sign-up and keep them up to date. Do not share your password. We close any extra accounts, and play on them may be voided.

11. Complaints

Email [email protected] with your username and a short account of what happened.

We look into every complaint and answer by email. If our answer does not settle it, reply and ask for a senior team member to take a second look.

12. Limits of our liability

Our responsibility is limited as far as Canadian law allows.

Losses from internet outages, issues with your own device or delays by third parties beyond our control are not our responsibility. Your statutory consumer rights still apply.
