Underage Gambling Policy
Players, parents and anyone who lives with or shares a device with someone under 19 should read this page. It applies to every visit to Enoch Casino, whether you are logged in or not.
1. Players must be 19+
Opening an account or playing is only for people 19 or older.
There are no exceptions. Opening an account for another person, or letting anyone under 19 use yours, breaks our Player Agreement. Players can join only from areas where local rules permit it, and every account meets Canadian requirements on ID, age verification and anti-money laundering.
2. If we find a minor
We act straight away.
- The account is closed at once and can no longer be used.
- Any winnings are cancelled.
- Where the law allows, we send deposits back to the payment method you used.
- We block the details used, so a new account cannot be opened with them.
- If a minor played on an adult's account, we close that account and may refuse a new one.
3. How we check age
Age checks happen before any deposit, not after.
At registration, we match your name, birth date and address against trusted data sources. If this doesn't show you're 19+, we'll ask for government photo ID, such as a passport or driver's licence. We also run geolocation checks and may confirm your age again later, for example when you add a new payment method. You'll find the full process on our Identity Checks page.
4. Shared devices at home
Keep your casino account out of reach of younger family members.
- On a shared computer, tablet or phone, do not let the browser store your password.
- Log out after every session.
- Protect your device with a PIN, fingerprint or face unlock.
- Keep cards and e-wallet logins out of sight.
- Set up a separate user profile for children.
5. Parental controls and filtering tools
Filtering tools can block gambling sites on children's devices.
Blocking software such as Gamban / GamBlock and BetGuard keeps gambling sites and apps from loading. Phones, tablets, computers and home routers also have built-in parental controls that filter adult content and restrict app downloads. Switching these on only takes a few minutes and gives you a strong extra layer of protection.
If you suspect a child got into your account, email us right away and we'll lock it.
